Pricing & Payment Policies
Insurance-based visits: Pricing is determined by your insurance plan. Standard copays, coinsurance, and deductibles apply at the time of service. Deposits are not required for insurance-covered appointments.
Cash-based services (Integrative Health Analysis, IV therapy, vitamin injections, specialty testing, etc.): Pricing details are available when booking your appointment or during your discovery call.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure cash-based services. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your appointment and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment.
